1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Gulkand Entertainment subscription within 30 days of your initial purchase, we offer a full refund. This applies to first-time subscribers only.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at hello@gulkand.app with:

  • Your account email address
  • Order ID or transaction reference
  • Reason for requesting a refund

Our support team will process your request within 5-7 business days.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days, depending on your financial institution.

4. Recurring Subscriptions

If you have a recurring subscription, please note that:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Cancellation will prevent future charges but will not refund the current billing period
  • You will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle

5. Non-Refundable Purchases

The following purchases are non-refundable:

  • Subscriptions purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Subscriptions that have been cancelled and reactivated
  • Purchases made through third-party app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store) - refunds must be requested through those platforms
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions

6. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate our Terms & Conditions
  • You engage in fraudulent activity
  • You attempt multiple refund requests for the same subscription

Suspended accounts are not eligible for refunds.

7. Third-Party Payments

If you purchased your subscription through a third-party platform such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, please refer to that platform's refund policy. Refunds for app store purchases must be requested directly through the respective app store.

8. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues with your subscription, our support team will work with you to resolve the problem before processing a refund. We may offer troubleshooting assistance or account credits as an alternative to a refund.
